'Chor Bizarre', commenced operations in Mayfair, London in 1997 and has won several accolades, including being voted as one of the Best 10 Restaurants in London by The Independent and The Best North Indian Restaurant in U.K. by The Good Curry Guide. It was also listed amongst The top 5 restaurant imports in the world along with Nobu by Evening Standard, Metro. Sitaaray, (same building as Tamarai) is an authentic North Indian Grill set against a stunning cinematic background celebrating 75 years of Indian cinema.

O.W.H. has been operating the hospitality facilities and cultural events at the India Habitat Centre since 1997. Located in the heart of the city, 'Habitat World' (as the hospitality facilities at IHC are known), boasts of the country’s most comprehensive Convention Centre with 20 function rooms, a members' club with 58 guest rooms and fitness centre, 6 restaurants and 4 performance venues.
O.W.H. opened Epicentre in Gurgaon in January 2008 with an auditorium, an art gallery, an amphitheatre, restaurant, conference & banquet rooms and a 45000 sq ft exhibition and convention hall which can hold functions for 3000 people.
O.W.H. expanded its operations to NOIDA (East of Delhi) in 2003 with the opening of '‘Chor Bizarre', 'Oriental Octopus' and 'Lynx' - a Party Room and to Gurgaon (South of Delhi) with another Chor Bizarre.
O.W.H. operates 12 restaurants in the N.C.R. including New Delhi’s first and still the foremost food court (Eatopia), with 6 sub brands. In addition The All American Diner, Oriental Octopus (with 2 branches), Delhi 'O' Delhi, Past Times and The Deck have all carved out their special niches in the N.C.R. Events Etc., the Catering and Entertainment division of O.W.H is considered the most premium service of its kind in New Delhi with a team of talented Chefs and Managers. O.W.H. has now taken over the operations of The Manor, New Delhi - till recently an Aman Resort. Once renovated, 20 luxury apartments and 4 more rooms shall be added to the existing 16 rooms.
