   Privilege Card
   
 
1.  
Privilege Cards are issued by and remains the property of Tamarai Ltd. and India’s Restaurant Ltd. having their registered offices at 167, Drury Lane, Covent Garden, London WC2B 5PG and 108 A, High Street, Wealdstone-Harrow, Middlesex HA3 7AH respectively.

  
2.   The Privilege Card is not a credit, debit or charge card.

  
3.   The card is valid only at Tamarai, Sitaaray and Chor Bizarre located in London.

  
4.   The offers on this card cannot be clubbed with any other promotions/ offers.

  
5.   The card is not transferable and can only be used by the cardholder whose signature is on the signature panel.

  
6.   Only one card can be used per visit per table. The offers are valid for a maximum table size of 8 people.

  
7.   Reservation of table is mandatory for cardholders to avail their offers. Right to admission is reserved.

  
8.   The cardholder needs to present the card at either of the three restaurants to avail any of the offers.

  
9.   Only cardholders who are over 21 years of age can use the card.

  
10.  
Inclusion or exclusion of all applicable taxes for purpose of computing the benefit/discount would be at the discretion of Tamarai, Sitaaray or Chor Bizarre.

  
11.  
The benefit/offer would be of the same value irrespective of whether mode of settlement of bill is cash/credit card or cheque.

  
12.  
Tamarai Ltd. and India’s Restaurant Ltd. reserves the rights to change, limit, modify or cancel the offers in whole or part at anytime, at its sole discretion.

  
13.  
The cardholder must sign on the reverse of the card as soon as it is received. Usage of the card by the cardholder indicates acceptance of all terms & conditions which are subject to revision time to time and also authorizes Tamarai, Sitaaray and Chor Bizarre to use enrollment data of the cardholder at it’s discretion for purpose of marketing and enhancement of the programme.

Tamarai Ltd. and India’s Restaurant Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to issue the Privilege card to an individual without assigning any reason whatsoever and may withdraw the card from a cardholder at any time.

  
15.  
Tamarai Ltd. and India’s Restaurant Ltd. reserves the right to discontinue, cancel or terminate the Privilege Card programme at any time without assigning any reason and without giving any prior notice. The cardholder’s’ right to use the card will cease on the date the programme is discontinued/terminated.

  
16.  
Tamarai Ltd. and India’s Restaurant Ltd. reserve the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change these Terms & Conditions or any rules related to the programme at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

  
17.  
Incase a card is lost or stolen, the cardholder should immediately inform via email at loyalty@oldworldhospitality.com and a duplicate card will be issued to the cardholder. The delivery of the replacement card will take 15 days from the date of request.

  
18.  
We respect the privacy of our cardholders. However, in order to keep our cardholders apprised of their privileges and membership status, we may need to send them certain program information that may include printed or email marketing materials from Tamarai, Sitaaray or Chor Bizarre which will inform them of special offers and products we believe would be of interest to them and marketing materials from third parties that have a strategic marketing relationship with the Privilege Card programme. The information provided to us when enrolling is processed in our computer systems both in the country where this information has been collected and in our primary computer system in India. As a participant in Privilege card programme, the cardholders have consented to receive all of the kinds of information described above. However, the cardholders will be given the opportunity to opt-out of mailings from such third parties and from e-mails from Tamarai, Sitaaray and Chor Bizarre.
